Henrik Severin, Steward, Svenstrup Gods The flat storage in our old wooden barn was no longer up-to-date and it was hard to enter with our large machines. With a large pig production we needed innovation and Dan-Corn offered a complete solution – a demand from our side. Dan-Corn came up with a solution with 3 storage silos and a mobile dryer – this enables us now to dry up to 54 t/h. In the Autumn of 2007, we started with the project on the drawing board and the installation was completed before the harvest in 2008. Previously, it took much too long to unload and fill the old flat storage. Now we save a lot of time during unloading and loading. Another great advantage is that we totally avoid any vermin in the grain. Silo no. 4 is foreseen to be erected before the harvest in 2009.
